My expertise lies in audience development, team management, and delivering creative programs that inspire a love of learning, particularly in the domains of feminism and the ancient world. My mission is to create accessible opportunities for learning while empowering teams and contributing to organizational growth.

so important. Violence against women and girls in the UK is an epidemic. We are failing our women. We need to do better. Flying flags and claiming you care about us is not enough. Make meaningful change, grow learn and listen. Improve yourself. Consider other’s perspectives. It is the only way we will grow as a nation and stop being divided. Question everything, never stop learning and seeking the truth .

Warning, this song will make you want to scream out loud! In a good way, to demand change. To not put up with it anymore! Holding our feelings, voices and thoughts in was making us ill. Time to speak up! They can’t hold us all down.

I’m reminded, in this year, of this quote from Ocean Vuong, immigrant, Vietnamese American, educator, professor, beautiful thought provoking commentary;

This quote really resonated with me, especially hearing it out loud as a queer, British Chinese person. I hear myself in his poems and in his voice, metaphors and use of Greek mythology to make us think.
I also love poetry and all the complexity and deep emotion it can convey.

Will happily talk about poets and literature anytime. Do send me a message!

Best wishes,

In the meantime, take a break from the news, be kind to yourself today, be gentle, seek community, find joy. It all helps. There is reason for hope.

We’ve joined influential UK women plus thousands of others by signing an open letter rejecting the far right’s racist lies about ‘protecting’ women and girls.

We are outraged at the racist hate fuelled by the far right, targeting migrants and people of colour across the UK. This violence and division harms us all. Everyone deserves safety, respect and belonging.
